Shipping Policy:

We do our best to promptly process all orders. Some products are made to order and may require manufacturing time before shipment.

You will be notified if there is any delay that prevents your order from shipping within a reasonable timeframe.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Rates are calculated at the time of order submission.
  • Any freight adjustments made by the carrier after that point are the responsibility of Vico Marine.
  • Customer carrier account numbers can be used for shipping upon request.

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges may be quoted by Vico Marine.
  • Customers may confirm rates directly with their preferred carrier, and shipments can be made using the customer’s carrier account upon request.
  • Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once they reach the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the receiving party.

Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility

  • Once a shipment is marked as delivered to the address provided, it is considered to be in the receiving party’s possession.

  • Vico Marine is not responsible for issues or missing packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Signature Requirement for Orders Over $100

  • For orders over $100, a signature upon delivery can be requested by the customer to ensure secure receipt and prevent potential shipping discrepancies.

Post-Delivery Loss or Theft

  • Vico Marine is not liable for theft or loss occurring after delivery.

  • Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and arrange for secure delivery when necessary.

Carrier Claims

  • If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, the receiving party must file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Vico Marine cannot issue refunds or replacements for shipments confirmed as delivered.
